– Hotel on bed and breakfast plan during Kathmandu stay. 4 nights in 3 star hotel. (lunch and dinner not included)
– International and domestic pick up/drop.
– Medical kit box and required medicine for the trek.
– Round trip airfare domestic tickets to Kathmandu-lukla for trekkers, guide and assistant guide.
– Trekking equipment like down jacket, sleeping bag,duffels bag will be provided.
– TIMS Card (Trekkers information’s management system).
– All necessary transportation during sightseeing with tour guide.
– Food, drinks, salary, equipment, insurance, transportation, accommodations and local tax for guides and porters.
– All government tax and vat.
– Costs for organizing the trip (i.e. communications, logistics)

Cost Exclude:
– International airfare to/ from Nepal
– Entry Visa fees – at present, US $40 for 30 day, visa on entry into Nepal.
– Major foods (Lunch, Dinner) while in Kathmandu but breakfast is free.
– Insurance which covers, medical, emergency evacuation, Helicopter rescue, lost, theft expenses.
– Drinks: both alcoholic and bottled tea, coffee, water etc. Hot shower, WI-FI, battery charge during trekking
– Personal gear and expenses
– Tips and gratitude provided to staff. Group Tips ($100 usd per pax)
– Pocket Money ($500 USD is good enough)

ELIGIBILITY
The hike is open to anyone who is physically fit who has sufficient knowledge about basic mountaineering and on high altitude mountains. Participants are expected to be regular hikers who has climbed a minimum of Difficulty 7/9. Of course, there is still time to gain this experience before the hike itself. You can also join our training climb or do your own training hikes and send to us for the purpose.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
What physical criteria will ensure you are fit enough to trek?
You should be in good enough shape to walk continuously throughout the day. Good overall fitness, flexibility, and healthy will ensure you trek safely and comfortably. Those with acute or chronic health conditions impacting their stamina, range of motion, coordination, or balance may have difficulty completing the trek. If you are in doubt about your own physical readiness, consult a physician well in advance of booking your trip!

HOW WILL WE DEAL WITH ALTITUDE MOUNTAIN SICKNESS? (AMS)
The best scenario is to acclimatize slowly. Trekkers should report any problems to their team leader. Common symptoms of mountain sickness in Everest include headaches and cough.

We encourage you to start your training climb 4 months before our meetup.
Especially to those who did not try High Alt’d Mountains.

Please note: DO NOT register our tour if you have health problem or health concern, such as asthma, anemia, heart disease, hypertension pregnant, etc. If you insist to join the tour, please approved by your doctor and be well prepared. Please also note the mountain guide / Associate team leader before departure. Team Challenge the Summit do not have responsibility for any accidents cause by health problem.

To confirm your slot, kindly deposit as soon as you can as our slot is based on first come first serve basis upon deposit received. Your slot will only be confirmed when down payment is received as the status and price for slot availability changes very fast from time to time. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to make your reservation at your earliest possible before booking a flight. After deposit made, it is non-refundable and but transferable into another person.

After deposit made, send scanned image of transaction together with your passport image including your home address, mobile number and contact person in case of emergency and mobile.
